South African Jazz vocalist/performer INDWE has been in studio recording for world renowned Omar Sosas’ latest record in collaboration with Paolo Fresu, titled Food. The scheduled worldwide release was on the 19-20 May 2023.

The record also includes other guest musicians like Brazilian Cellist Jaque Morelembaun, from the U.S, spoken word artist Kokayi from Washington  D.C and  well travelled Still Pan player Andy Nerrel.

 

The album itself is inspired by good food , food production and security, distribution and scarcity and preservation and healthy diet practices.

INDWE, who recently joined the Sheer Publishing Africa ranks as a composer/writer earlier in 2022, is looking forward to the worldwide and local publishing & release of the album and the songs she has collaborated on in this project, namely Yanela and Didjo.
